Subscription Cancellation Policy

Solmetta subscriptions are sold by PWR BRANDS LLC. Here's exactly how they work.
How subscriptions work
- Strength & Sleep Box (1 creatine + 2 magnesium glycinate): $109 every 7 weeks (one-time price $129).
- Creatine Monohydrate: $49 every 7 weeks (one-time price $59).
- Magnesium Glycinate: $29 every month (one-time price $35).
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Your first charge happens at checkout, and later charges happen automatically on the same schedule. Shipping is always free. Your subscription discount stays fixed for as long as your subscription is active. If we ever change subscription pricing, we'll email you before your next charge at the new price, and you can cancel before then.
Pause, skip or cancel anytime
You can pause, skip an order, or cancel at any time:
- From your account: log in at solmetta.com, go to your account, open Subscriptions, and choose pause, skip or cancel.
- By email: write to hello@solmetta.com from the email on your order and tell us what you'd like to do.
There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.
When cancellation takes effect
If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged again and no further orders will ship. Email requests are processed as soon as we receive them; to be safe, please send them at least 2 business days before your next billing date. If an order has already been billed before you cancel, it will still ship, and it is covered by our Refund Policy.
Reminders and failed payments
You'll receive an email confirmation after each subscription charge. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and may retry the charge; your subscription may be paused until your payment details are updated.
