This Privacy Policy explains how PWR BRANDS LLC, doing business as Solmetta ("we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit solmetta.com (the "Site"), buy from us, or contact us. Our Site is intended for U.S. residents.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), order details, subscription preferences, account login, and anything you send when you contact us or leave a review.
  • Payment information: processed directly by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring links, and how you interact with the Site and our emails, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
  • Information from partners: for example, ad platforms may tell us which ads led to a visit or purchase.

We do not ask for or intend to collect health information. Please don't send us medical details you'd like to keep private.

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions, including recurring billing.
  • To communicate with you about orders, subscriptions and customer service.
  • To send marketing emails (and texts, if you opt in). You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the message or by replying STOP to texts.
  • To run, measure and improve our advertising, including showing you Solmetta ads on other sites and apps.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout (Shopify Privacy Policy).
  • Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay) to process payments.
  • Our U.S. fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, to make and deliver your order.
  • Subscription and email/SMS marketing providers, to manage subscriptions and send messages.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, through tools like the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to measure and personalize ads.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business sale or merger.

Sharing data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under some state laws. You can opt out as described below.

Cookies and advertising choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banner on our Site. You can limit personalized ads through your Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings, and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where required by law.

To make a request, email hello@solmetta.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We'll verify your identity (usually by matching the email and order details we have) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent, and if we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision. Wherever you live, we'll honor reasonable requests to access or delete your data.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services, manage subscriptions, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our Site and products are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
